Compatibility Guarantee
As a Beyeler Optik customer you will benefit from our compatibility guarantee during the first month. This means if you notice any incompatibility with your glasses, or if you would like a different design of glasses, you will receive a brand new pair of glasses with the same correction values in the same price category, free of charge.

Vision Guarantee
If your correction values and visual performance change within 3 months of ordering your new pair of glasses you will receive new lenses with the relevant corrections.

Quality Guarantee
Your lenses are manufactured according to the latest technology and are assembled by our experts. We offer a two-year quality guarantee for surface defects. excluded from this are scratched glasses and the service is limited to one replacement per pair of glasses.
